For Returns & Replacement, an Unboxing Video is Mandatory

REGLET.IN® offers a 2-days Return and Exchange Policy. You can return or exchange purchased items within 2 days of receiving them. We value our customers, the quality of our products, and long-term relationships.

A proper opening/unboxing video is mandatory to raise any claim for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Claims without this video will not be accepted.

Customers must also send a video of the damaged product via Email or WhatsApp.

For Returns

Items can be returned within 2 days of receipt. The buyer must arrange the return in original condition with no visible usage signs.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is not due to defect or incorrect item.

Partial returns are allowed.

Used or worn-out items will not be accepted.

All items must be unused with tags and packaging intact.

For Exchanges

REGLET.IN offers no-questions-asked exchanges for equal or lesser value items, subject to stock availability.

Items must be unused, untampered, and in original condition.
